Dr. Bernhard Roth has a great experience in the areas research & development of food products, quality assurance and quality management, plus planning and implementing technological innovations in manufacturing foodstuff. Coming along with additional knowledge, he worked as a certified auditor (DQS) with the scopes of IFS and DIN ISO-norms, as well as the validation of methods and food laws.
More than 25 years he works in executive positions of manufacturers in the branded goods industry, e.g. as a responsible manager for the European business of international business groups.
In the frame of follow-up activities additional specialization was undertaken from him into the field of application, projecting and implementing of computer-based quality management-systems by dint of SAP software, within a quite number of branches, as well as additional scientific activities in an institute of food science, technology and education with main focus on acquisition and performance of grant-aided projects.
